What We Carry Alone, We Move Through Together

Keynotes, workshops, and immersive experiences grounded in trauma-informed wisdom.

There is something that happens when people sit in the same room and realize what they thought was theirs alone is actually deeply human, and deeply shared. What felt like a private weight becomes something a group can carry, and move through, together. This is why Kimberly Sharp does this work in person: because trauma-informed wisdom is not just something to hear. It's something to experience, in community.

Where the work happens

A talk, a session, or a full experience, all grounded in the same trauma-informed foundation.

Keynotes

Kimberly blends lived experience with practical frameworks audiences can use immediately, on identity, transformation, and leading well under pressure. Talks like The Identity Blur™ and Leading Through the Middle speak to women in transition and leaders navigating change.

Workshops

Facilitated sessions built on trauma-informed practice, where people practice the work in real time, together. Workshops like The Labyrinth Walk and What Really Matters guide women through reflection, presence, and values-driven clarity, while sessions like Safe to Brave and Emotional Agility help leaders build steady presence and clear communication under pressure.

Immersive

Multi-day programs built on trauma-informed methodology for women and organizations ready to go deeper. Steady Ground is a retreat for women in the Identity Blur™, built for real rest, real community, and real integration. Common Ground builds trust and shared language for teams navigating high-stakes change.

Meet Kimberly

Kimberly Sharp is a founder, C-suite executive, coach and trauma survivor who bridges the gap between corporate performance and human transformation.

Kimberly Sharp has spent 25+ years learning how to create spaces and experiences that profoundly impact people, first as a corporate leader, then as facilitator and mentor/coach for 150+ leaders across Fortune 100 and enterprise organizations. She believes the same courage that rebuilds a life after trauma is the same courage that transforms teams and organizations. Both require connection. Both require truth. Both require people willing to be fully seen.

She stands on stages, leads workshops, and hosts multi-day immersive experiences, grounded in the same trauma-informed foundation she brings to her writing, advising, and consulting: steady, direct, and unwilling to let a room stay comfortable when growth requires more.
