Kimberly Sharp is a founder, C-suite executive, coach and trauma survivor who bridges the gap between corporate performance and human transformation.
As founder of OakRoot HX and a seasoned C-suite executive, she brings 25+ years of leadership experience across SAP consulting, retail, and professional services combined with hard-won wisdom from her own journey of post-trauma growth.
Kimberly's unique positioning comes from refusing to separate her corporate and healing work. She has coached 150+ leaders from Fortune 100 and enterprise organizations as a facilitator for the Society of Information Management (SIM) Leadership Institute, led data governance and transformation programs for Fortune 500 retailers, and guided women through identity transitions at midlife.
Her message: the same courage that rebuilds a life after trauma is the same courage that transforms organizations. Both require connection, clarity, and the willingness to lead from your whole self.
