Coaching for Leaders
Practical support for real-world leadership.
If you are navigating the pressure of middle leadership, coaching gives you a steady place to think clearly and lead forward. This is whole-person leadership coaching helps you strengthen self-awareness, communication, and decision-making, so you can lead consistently, set healthier boundaries, and stay grounded while delivering results.
What is leadership coaching?
Leadership coaching is a partnership focused on helping you grow as a leader—clarifying how you think, strengthening how you communicate, and building the habits that let you lead with confidence and consistency. Unlike training programs that teach you what to do, coaching helps you develop how you show up. We work together to identify what's blocking you, build self-awareness, and create practical strategies that work in the real complexity of your role.
Think of it this way: Training gives you tools. Coaching helps you integrate those tools into who you are as a leader so they become second nature, not something you have to remember to do. This work is about building leadership capacity that lasts—clarity in decision-making, steadiness under pressure, and the ability to lead in a way that aligns with your values.
A note on this specialized approach
Most leadership coaching assumes you just need better frameworks, clearer goals, or stronger accountability. But if you're navigating the pressure of middle leadership (translating strategy, supporting your team, delivering results while managing up and down simultaneously) surface-level solutions don't hold up when things get hard. This coaching recognizes that reality. It's grounded in lived experience and resilience-informed leadership principles.
Here's what makes this approach to coaching different:
✓ Integrated development. We focus on the inner work that shapes outer impact: self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and practical habits that help you lead with clarity and consistency.
✓ Real-world application. Leadership happens in the messy middle. We work with the actual challenges you're facing, not hypothetical scenarios.
✓ Steadiness under pressure. We pay attention to how you respond to stress and build tools to help you stay centered and lead with discernment, not just react.
✓ Values-aligned leadership. You don't have to choose between being effective and being yourself. We build leadership that matches who you are and what you care about.
✓ Resilience-informed. Leadership is grounded in lived experience and the resilience that comes from moving through adversity with intention. That lens brings steadiness, compassion, and real-world practicality to how you lead and grow.
This coaching meets you where you are - in the complexity, the pressure, and the growth - and helps you lead in a way that feels grounded, human, and sustainable.
Is coaching right for you?
Coaching isn't for everyone, and that's okay. Here's how to know if this work is a good fit.
Coaching might be right for you if:
You're ready to invest in your growth, even if you don't have all the answers yet
You're willing to be honest about what's not working
You want to lead with clarity and confidence, not just survive the pressure
You're navigating growth, change, or a new level of responsibility
You're tired of second-guessing yourself and ready to trust your leadership
You're open to trying new approaches, even if they feel uncomfortable at first
Coaching might NOT be right for you if:
You're looking for someone to tell you what to do (coaching is collaborative, not directive)
You're not willing to do the work between sessions (real change happens in your leadership, not just in our calls)
You want quick fixes without examining underlying patterns
You're seeking technical training on specific tools or systems (that's the role of a trainer or consultant)
Still not sure? Schedule a 25-minute initial conversation. We'll talk through where you are and whether coaching is the right next step for you.
Taking the first step
1.
Start with an initial conversation.
This is a real conversation about where you are as a leader and what you're navigating right now. In 25 minutes, we'll explore whether leadership coaching is the right fit for you, what package might serve you best, and whether we're a good match. If we're not, I'll tell you. If we are, you'll walk away knowing exactly what to expect.
2.
Choose the right level of support.

Clarity
For the leader who's ready to lead differently but isn't sure where to start.
You've moved into middle leadership (translating strategy, supporting your team, delivering results) and leadership is feeling heavier than it should. Maybe you're second-guessing decisions, losing yourself between managing up and down, or carrying pressure that's starting to show. The package gives you space to see what's actually happening beneath the surface and find your footing so you can lead from alignment instead of exhaustion.
This package is for you if:
You're new to middle leadership and the pressure feels different than you expected
You need clarity on how to lead your way, not just follow someone else's playbook
You're stuck between what leadership "should" look like and what feels authentic to you
You want support navigating a specific challenge without committing to long-term coaching
What you'll walk away with: Clarity on your core leadership challenge, one concrete shift you can make immediately, and proof that leading well doesn't mean doing it alone.
Alignment
For the leader who's ready to start leading from solid ground.
You've been holding it together (managing up, supporting your team, delivering results) but somewhere in all that balancing and performing, you lost your compass. You're leading reactively instead of intentionally, making decisions based on what others need instead of what's right, and feeling the cost in your confidence and capacity. This package is where you rebuild your leadership from the inside out - clarifying your values, strengthening your voice, and developing habits that let you lead with consistency and trust yourself through complexity.
This package is for you if:
You're navigating a transition (new role, new team, new level of responsibility)
You want to lead in a way that aligns with your values, not just what's expected
You're tired of managing everyone else's needs while ignoring your own limits
You need sustainable practices, not just survival strategies
What you'll walk away with: Tools for staying grounded under pressure, boundaries that protect your capacity without sacrificing impact, and the confidence to lead from your center instead of reacting from the edges.
Mastery
For the leader who knows it’s time to become the leader they're capable of.
You're done dabbling and ready to commit to leading well over the long haul. Ten sessions gives us time to examine the patterns holding you back, build self-awareness that creates clarity, and develop the habits that let you lead with both strength and humanity without burning out. We'll build the inner work that shapes outer impact - how you think, feel, communicate, and recover under pressure. When those parts align, your leadership gets clearer, your relationships stronger, and your influence grows sustainably.
This package is for you if:
You're stepping into significant responsibility and want to lead well from the start
You want transformation, not just incremental improvement
You're willing to examine hard truths about your patterns and do the work to change them
You need consistency and accountability to stay on track when the pressure builds
What you'll walk away with: Self-awareness to recognize what's driving your decisions, tools to course-correct in real time, and the resilience to lead through complexity without sacrificing your clarity, values, or yourself.
Frequently asked questions
-
Because real transformation doesn't happen in one session.
Think about it: You didn't get here overnight. The patterns you're navigating - leading reactively, second-guessing decisions, managing everyone else's needs while ignoring your own capacity - have been years in the making. One conversation can give you clarity, but lasting change requires time, consistency, and commitment.
Here's what package-based coaching makes possible:
✓ Continuity. We can build on each session instead of starting from scratch every time.
✓ Depth. You'll feel safe enough to go deeper because you know we're not rushing to wrap everything up in one hour.
✓ Accountability. Having sessions scheduled keeps you moving forward, even when life gets messy.
✓ Real results. Transformation happens in the space between sessions—when you're practicing new skills, testing boundaries, and integrating what you've learned.Single sessions are available by request only for former clients or truly acute situations. But if you're new to coaching or navigating a major transition, a package will serve you infinitely better.

This is the industry standard and for good reason.
50 minutes gives us:
Full, focused work time without rushing
A natural endpoint before you (or I) hit mental fatigue
Time for me to document our session and prepare for what's next
The 10-minute buffer allows me to:
Transition mindfully between clients (so you get my full presence, not my frazzled leftovers)
Send you session notes or resources while everything is fresh
Take care of myself so I can show up fully for every client
For you, 50 minutes means:
No sessions that drag on when you've already said what you came to say
No sessions that feel cut short because we ran out of time
Intentional, focused coaching that respects your time and energy
-
Schedule the 25-minute initial conversation. We'll talk through where you are, what you're navigating, and what level of support makes the most sense. I'll give you my honest recommendation and you can decide from there.
-
I offer virtual coaching via Zoom for all clients, which allows for flexibility and accessibility regardless of where you're located. For New Orleans-based clients, in-person sessions may be available on a case-by-case basis, reach out to discuss.
-
Most clients find the most traction with weekly or biweekly sessions, especially in the beginning. Consistency builds momentum. That said, you're not locked into a rigid schedule. Life happens. We'll find a rhythm that works for you.
-
Life happens and I build flexibility into this work because I know you're navigating real challenges.
Rescheduling (48+ hours notice): No problem. We'll find a new time that works for both of us.
Late Cancellation (less than 48 hours):Your session will be counted as used. I hold this boundary because:
It protects time I've reserved exclusively for you
It honors the commitment you've made to yourself
It ensures fairness to other clients who need that time slot
Exception: True emergencies happen (illness, family crisis, etc.). If you're in crisis, reach out and we'll work through it with compassion.
No-shows: If you don't show up and haven't communicated with me, the session is counted as used and cannot be rescheduled.
Package Expiration: Sessions don't expire as long as we stay in communication. If you need to pause for medical, personal, or family reasons, let me know and we'll extend your timeline. The goal is your growth, not rigid rules.
Refund Policy: Packages are non-refundable once purchased, but all sessions can be rescheduled with adequate notice.
-
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. The full cost of your 25-minute initial conversation serves as a credit toward your first booked package. I accept all major credit cards and payment plans can be discussed for the Deep Work Package on a case-by-case basis.

Yes. Mentors provide guidance based on their experience in your field. Coaches help you develop your own leadership capacity and decision-making. They serve different purposes and can complement each other well.
-
Coaching is deeply relational. If after our initial conversation or first session we both realize this isn't the right fit, I'll tell you and I'll help you find someone who is. No hard feelings, no judgment. The goal is for you to get the support you actually need, not to force something that isn't working.
-
Coaching sessions are where the focused work happens, but I'm not disappearing between calls. You can reach me via email for quick questions or to share updates. That said, coaching isn't crisis management. If you're facing an urgent business situation that requires immediate external support, please consult with your HR team, legal counsel, or other appropriate resources.
